I think it might be something related to tsto type vehicle for reconnaissance and maybe a missile instead .

This technology is not usually known and therefore very few can actually explain it.

No relation to Israel but covid has dampened the recent pace at the height of dick waving around galwan and after till we went limp. I will qualify my statement unless DRDO is dependant on israeli specialists to do certain things.

One of my friends who has connections with IITB told me.
He also told me that this sensor would have applications in ABM which nexoft alam tweeted.

When i asked about specs of EOTS he said it's classified but he told me that it's same as that of f35 and talked something about Quantum dot technology idk what it is maybe someone could elaborate.

Are you he is talking about DAS from the description it sounds like ground based EOTS for tracking missiles.
