OMG! You're here!
First of all I'd like everyone to meet Mr. Craigs, he's part of the Russian Cartel over on Ukraine - Russia thread. Usually you'll find him primarily over there with 3-4 of his buddies (one tell tale sign is the flag) who like to play tag team matches; tag team as in one player would start to argue and when he's out of any argument then other will come join in. Usually he's field of expertise is just "Russia winning", "Ukraine loosing", "Fake/Propaganda/West" not deep technical knowledge. Whenever you'll try to bring those he'll simply label you as "Brochure Warrior". So it's good to see him here.

Anyways as for your specific point Mr. Craigs (and without using what you've used); no. We have been already offered ToT of things way more advanced by US than what we would have gotten in Embraer deal. Example is EMLS.
Abe Lodu proof of pudding is in eating it. "Offered Tot" more like "offered tits ..... (not)".

If Indian government has some sense,it would establish private ventures for aerospace sector and establish branches in UK with 100% ownership and rope in some capable people or form joint ventures with British defense companies in India or buy stakes in British Companies themselves. Not to build entire Planes, but at least R&D of individual sub-components, they have a lot of talent and experience. Previously with American defense companies screwing local UK contractors and now Brexit damaging their economy at some scale they seem to sell whatever they have for some bucks. The Turkish defense Industry grew leaps ahead with the help of all the BAE engineers help. That Erdogan guy looks like a fundamental religious nutjob but he had technical knowledge of weapons. I somewhere read that guy even talked about range of cruise missiles or some shit. I don't know whether own kadi ninda guy even knows shit. First the SOVIETs with erstwhile UK willingly gave engine secrets fearing the dominance of muricans. Next is MURICAN's defense companies helping Chinese before they became enemies. Again the british helping turkey. We missed a golden chance in 2016-2023 even now. Another thing is diaspora's absence in Core Engineering Firms. Only being IT coolies.
Bruh UK govt limited the tech transfer between TATA and Jaguar land rover and here you are dreaming of poaching talent in the UK for defence aerospace..

Entertainment is not equal to make fun of yourself

Anyways, tell your pudding loving friend concerned about the differences between offered and provided, what exactly NISAR is. Or the recent F414.
Abe Lodu if you buy and transport an IBM computer in your auto rickshaw it doesn't mean IBM has given you the rights to the computer ie you cannot make copies and sell them.

IBM will also gladly offer TOT ie user manual.

Looks like it is developed from the torpedo gliding kit currently under development for DRDO?
Most probably no.

This one looks like when all four of the wings are folded in then it'll be roughly of a cylindrical cross-section. But the torpedo glide kit it designed to "clip on" an object of circular cross-section (the torpedo itself).

Is this the same as Iran's Shaheed kamikaze drones?

It's a low range cruise missile? Does it have sensors that are not visible in the pic.
😑
A cruise missile with 6kg warhead? Exactly what strategic target are you trying to kill?

It's more like a masters live project that they took, combined COTS bits and pieces and made this thing. And trust me, it's probably the last time you're hearing about this too.
