As if Russians are in any state to dictate terms to us we are keeping them afloat because of their little misadventure that should have lasted 3 days.most likely would end up in a single vendor situation

I've always made an argument that we need special budgeting for the special needs of our best and brightest. They are only human with boring wives after all. Otherwise these cases keep happening every few months now it seems. And they keep falling for these traps
