As of now there are only two such systems; Biho and Pantsir. (Obviously not counting all the Chinese "Type-Blah Blahs" and US SHORADS as that's more of an anti-UAV system)
As you mentioned Biho definitely has its edge because we already use K9s but let's not forget the political pressure from Kremlin. How AK-203 got selected out of nowhere and Igla was chosen despite lackluster performance is a good example.
