I think few designs in the world have to be made in a similar wayBut that cruise vehicle looks more like Zircon than HSTDV

Even if it's copy of zircon doesn't matter the question is is it officialI think few designs in the world have to be made in a similar way
I mean few things have to have a same design to be functional
BC hame koi TOT nahi deta, par hame sabko dena hai? Pehle thode sales tho karle, 20 saal ho jaye, tab jake TOT denge.
Why Egypt even need this? the only enemy they have is sudan, who barely has any modern armyBC hame koi TOT nahi deta, par hame sabko dena hai? Pehle thode sales tho karle, 20 saal ho jaye, tab jake TOT denge.
This is Not Going to Happen
For that a export version which does nt violate MTCR treaty has to be developed . Like Iskandar - E .BC hame koi TOT nahi deta, par hame sabko dena hai? Pehle thode sales tho karle, 20 saal ho jaye, tab jake TOT denge.
Israel and Egypt has peace treaty. They have no conflict on border. This is Not Going to Happen
Israel will oppose it And we cannot Antagonise Israel
Israel and Egypt have a Common Border
Will never gonna happen.
I agree. I don't think Israel would sit for this. Why Egypt even need this? the only enemy they have is sudan, who barely has any modern army
well that is going to be there if government does not allocate fund for research for private sector, PSU can wait 20 years to get an order private will go out of business if it has to wait that long hence you see off the shelf products. After looking at the amount of re-badged weaponry on display at DefExpo 2022 by the private sector, there is zero doubt as to why these people don't get funding.
Even for something as big as Indian Navy 111 NUH program, the pvt sector was more interested in tying up with foreign vendors rather than develop something of their own.
This is most stupid account always or mostly writing without any source
HAL is actively working with their partners to modify Dhruv to comply with the IN's NUH specs. Folded main rotors and tail rotors are the key requirements. And once Flight certification is done, IN will order 111 of these in tranches. Huge export potential as well.well that is going to be there if government does not allocate fund for research for private sector, PSU can wait 20 years to get an order private will go out of business if it has to wait that long hence you see off the shelf products.
look at the hand holding government did for HAL, even after getting experience from ALH, LUH took so much time and I read in one of the reports that one of the delay was because software was not encrypted. How can a serious mistake like that happen and I don't know if any heads were rolled !
Indian navy 111 NUH government never wanted an home grown design as they knew it was not feasible by private sector as no funds or the time being allocated towards the designing of it.
they were just promising the quantity to buy, it’s a huge risk for private to come with that kind of money when you are not sure that your design will be selected for production and neither private industry had experience designing one, but it would have given them some experience in manufacturing one for sure even though if it would have been a foreign design.
let’s not have unrealistic expectation, but what the government spent on all this years on PSU if certain percentage was allocated to private industry they would have much better outcome.
and dont get me wrong it’s the same people who works at Hal will work in the private industry with a better salary but with better output. The talent remains the same it’s just working environment changes.
Not against the PSU but they are huge and heavy dinosaur, not lean and mean like the private sector of today, even US private sector companies in defence were huge and productive but even then they went through consolidation.
Defence Secretary Robert McNamara is the one who started consolidating in US and William Perry continued it in 1990’s
