Because atags looks heavy and very complex compared to ulh by kalyani, both have similar calibre .
And bmcs92 charge can be used there too , anyway atags gave a maximum range of 48 km with erfb boat tail, of which its said that maximum range is 38 kilometers , but can't the ulh give the same range with adequate charge ?

ULH will be mostly titanium, not good for price.

More cost -> Less numbers
