If you don't know what reality please don't make false claims,i told about KMML multiple times here..many private companies are smuggling it through local agents and people for making titanium dioxide a pigment used in daily household items.only Brahmose has a titanium sponge factory in kerala but it is not enough for India,thanks for the vision and involvement of APJ for this Brahmose plant. after that no one in central government cared smuggling continuing..Do you think vedanta and all other eyeing this sand,why? nothing just for making titanium dioxide a low cost material,not for strategic purpose..,
