Slight Correction:
Noida Metro is also considered an independent metro system, but it is not operated by UPMRC, instead it is operated by Noida MRC. So it brings the total of operational metro systems in UP to 3, at par with Maharashtra. So both share the title of Indian state with highest number of Operational Metro Systems.

The Delhi - Gaziabad - Meerut RRTS will be 82.15km long and will have an operational speed of 180kmph. It will be constructed a. The priority stretch of the system will be openned to public by March, 2023. The total stretch is expected to be completed by or before 2025.

Yes because only these 3 states can provide all of the three mandatory inputs for Textile Manufacturing, i.e. Cheap and Skilled Labor, Uninterrupted Electricity Supply for Industries, and required Infrastructure for transportation.
