what about paid one as free editions do not provide full protection
i've been using avast free edition since past some years, without any issues. recently switched to avira. its even stricter.

you need a paid one for any purpose other than browsing-downloading-installing from web/external sources?

a trio of MBAM + AVIRA/AVAST + any good USB virus-detector (although avira handles it) do good.

very poor even some poor antivirus like avira makes it eat dust and that net protector uses kasperskys engine and uses quickheals database(another Indian company) but they are making their own engine though it is also an Bhartiyan company
ok. but avira is not poor. far from it. their free edition has been ranked at the top of several free AV guides/reviews.

wait for thunderbolt man all of the expensive graphics dock like of asus, alienware, msi will go
thanks. will read about it.

Nintendo Fanboi here...

I wish i had enough money (and time to play as well) to buy Nintendo Switch...Damn man! Not even Original NES was released in India back in 80's for obvious reasons. All we had in our childhood was cheap Chinese knockoffs of Famicom (Japanese NES) such as this one.

Real consoles from Nintendo such as SNES,N64,Gamecube,Wii,Wii U were never officially released in India.:crying:

still ongoing? i though made a spate of purchases for the PS4 recently, so looking for even cheap offers for PC, if anything good. :D

P.S. - i have TOO less time to play (virtually, almost rare moments, not solely because of work, but also & more so because of following & tracking all this geo-theo-politico-military stuff here & elsewhere), but there's something in this gaming world that its tough to keep oneself away from! :p

GTX 1070 SLI can already run games at ultra mode in 2160 x 1440, while being overkill for 1920 x 1080, why get a 3rd 1070?

And here I am with a laptop that has 2nd Gen Pentium with Intel HD iGPU, with upto DX10.1 support. Didn't play Battlefield 3 till date.:crying::crying::crying:
something to make you :mad2: (ignore the overly gracious title though)

I think we're heading towards another 'video game crash'.Just check out how many 'original' games were released in last year and in these six months (Though there're some notable exceptions such as 'No Man's Sky' but very few of them actually won ours and critics' hearts).

Major gaming companies have found some new ways to earn money, mainly microtransactions and Paid DLCs.
