Putin and Russians have told us that its all scripted. USA knows schedule of all events which are going to happen.
Jokes aside I think its USA. UK and European Evil Germany hell bent on starting a war with Russia to sanction them more.

Experts, Zelensky has given out some vibes about "nuclear weapons ".

How "fast" can Ukraine attain this in case they make the political decision to do so?

Is the nuclear industry in such a state that if given the go-ahead tomorrow they can test or weaponize it in lets say five years or has the industry/knowhow stagnated once all nukes were surrendered?

Zelenksy/Ukraine is looking for firm security guarantee from the west which ultimately can probably only be provided by NATO. But till now the most they have given is some low end "defensive" weapons, that too mostly only after the Russia build up - NATO membership looks like a distant possibility. The nuclear card is likely a negotiating tactic to get the west to budge and offer something more substantial if not full membership. Of course all this a moot if Russia invades right away.

Was watching Gaurav sawants show on India Today . He was interviewing few Indian students. Apparently the Indian embassy had advised them two weeks back to leave Ukraine. The students seemed to take the whole issue in casual manner and stating stuff like " Every thing is ok.. We are not worried etc.. "
