Ya'll Nibbiars only upto a certain extent and that's only through private licensing. And for the military tech not that much but mostly its now small arms and other non strategic defence tech MOU through private deals.

Of course it will be. The Russian language is just a pretext for an invasion. In 2014-15 Russian-speaking regions mobilized faster than Ukrainian regions. The American colonies, like Britain, also spoke English.

Our oil imports from Russia are minuscule even with embargo on Iran.
If Iran's embargo is lifted these all oil imports from Russia will even reduce.
Russian oil doesn't matter much to us.
We only import from Russia to offset our trade obligations.
