Poroshenko Nominates National Guard Commander as Defense Minister | Politics | RIA Novosti
KIEV, October 13 (RIA Novosti) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko nominated National Guard Commander Stepan Poltorak to the post of the country's defense minister, the presidential press service said in a statement Monday.
"Poroshenko nominated Stepan Poltorak to the defense minister's post, the candidacy to be considered by the Verkhovna Rada," the statement said.
On Sunday, President Poroshenko accepted the resignation of the country's Defense Minister Valeriy Heletei.
Poroshenko also expressed hope that the Verkhovna Rada would not delay voting and that the appointment of the new defense minister would take place on Tuesday.
Forty-nine-year-old General Poltorak has served as the National Guard Commander since March 19, 2014. He has also served for less than a month as a Commander of Internal Troops of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From 2002, he worked as the head of the Academy of Interior Troops of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Ukrainian troops continue fighting against Novorossia Rebel Army, in this case for the control of the Donetsk airport. Sir, I remember this guy. He gave an interview some two months ago, stating how furious the local populace of Donbass is. He then vowed, that their battle for survival has a subtle yet major goal, demolish the oligarchy. Such point of view is worth noting as none of those freedom nutcases has ever said anything against oligarchs. It also bolster the perception of majority in DFI that Novorussians are fighting for a good cause unlike those fighting for Kiev.

The "history refresher" is riddled with quite a few omissions of important events, not to mention manipulation of what actually happened, so I will take the liberty to fill in these gaps, and correct the narrative.

Step -3: The west has been grooming the Ukro-Nazis for a very long time. Germany (representing the EU) was grooming its stooge Vitaly Klitschko, while the US was grooming its stooge, Arsenic "Nuland's Boy" Yatz. Both have been trying to control the government in Ukraine for a very long time.

Step -2: As the struggle for influence between the two power-blocs, the US Assistant Secretary of State, used a pornographic comments targeted at the EU, and also distributed cookies to those Nazi-Fascist mobs in Ukraine.

Step -1: A Nazi-Fascist backed coup d'état takes place, following a sniper attack, and Ukraine's President is forced to flee. Several people are shot dead. Russia has everything to do with it. It is a direct threat to Russia, and Russia's access to the Black Sea. NATO was planning to set up a base and companies from NATO countries had already signed contracts for infrastructure projects in Crimea.

Step 4: Add the reinforcements from Kadyrov, the Vostok battalion, some Ossetians, tsetnikkes Serbia, Rostov mercenaries.

Add the reinforcement to the existing local population of E. Ukraine, who rose up against the Kiev regime, that ousted the President they had elected to office.

Firearms and heavy equipment was also supplied to the Kiev regime from NATO member states. There are plenty of pictures of Polish and Czech-Slovak made BTR variants in this thread as evidence. There is also evidence of helmets and military rations supplied by NATO countries.
