If pipelines in 4 shipyards are arranged, the full production will be estimated as 3~4 vessels per month and 30~40 per year？
Thus it will take no less than 6 years to fulfill the total numbers ordered? This is a little slow in my mind.
It's seems a necessary to bring in extra shipyards like TJ, JS and other internal water shipyards.

Type 056, weighing in around 1500 ton, is really no big deal considering that since 2006 close to 20 hulls of the 4000 ton frigate 054A have either been built or are under various stages of construction. It does however represent a class of ships China has not built since the early 60's (Jiangnan, Chengdu class frigates). It is larger than any missile boats, yet smaller than any frigates the PLAN currently operates. This ship is certainly not meant to play an important role in any blue water warfare, but more a patrol ship tailor-made for patrolling disputed waters around the Spratly.

Extras HD、JN、GSI、DL、WH、GJ、HK、BH、JJTF、XJ、JL、QD etc are all more than capable of the task。

Also some PLAN affiliated shipyards named after numbers 48XXXX。。。
