J-15 from Carrier CV 16 was in international water off coast of Japan. F-15J from JASDF. This happens all the time with intercepts between neighbors. In fact, it happens almost every day between China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and US forces. It helps with training when you interact daily with rivalsNice.... violation of airspace ahhh

You cannot build an aircraft that flies without a massive industrial comple and China is making many Z-20s to stock up carriers and LHDs
If most of Chinese fail quickly then why does China dominate technology exports?
If the passing grade for chinese helis is "it can fly", it does explain why most of their tech seems to fail rather quickly.
Chinese are nowhere near Americans in tech as you are claiming.
