Several countries which prefer to procure inexpensive weapons and systems from the Chinese market, should not blindly buy military equipments from China.

That’s because, the allure of China’s military equipment often conceals significant pitfalls and challenges for these ally nations, reports Greek City Times.
They've also quoted SIPRI & RAND Corporation , Chang. Why did you neglect to mention that ?

Check the date. It's of an earlier vintage. Besides it's proof that China doesn't selectively sell junk . It sells junk to everybody without discrimination.
Yes, Indian websites are also full of such articles.

Doesn't make much sense,

You can find as many as you want

All of which goes to prove the same thing - China sells unadulterated junk. At last we agree on something. 👍
It doesn't matter what Indians think,

What matters is that there are willing buyers

What do you think ? The least you can do is reward them . Aren't you aware loyal repeat customers get bonus or loyalty points in any & every retail outlet ? Instead CCP rips off its most loyal customers.
Bangladesh eyes mutual benefit from FTA with China

DHAKA, June 3 (Xinhua) -- Bangladeshi State Minister for Commerce Ahasanul Islam Titu has said Bangladesh is keen to ensure mutual benefits after signing of the China-Bangladesh Free Trade Agreement (CBFTA).

"We want to move ahead with the CBFTA. There is no doubt about it. We have to make sure that our partnership is mutually beneficial," he said.

The state minister was speaking at a seminar titled "China-Bangladesh Free Trade Agreement: A Mutually Beneficial and Win-Win Choice", organized by the Chinese embassy in Bangladesh on Sunday.

The state minister said that Bangladesh's priority is to increase employment opportunities and investment through the signing of the CBFTA.

For his part, Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Yao Wen emphasized that the CBFTA serves as a guarantee for the healthy and stable development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Bangladesh.

Signing the CBFTA will bring significant benefits to Bangladesh. It is convinced that the early signing of the CBFTA will undoubtedly open a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, ushering in a new golden era of economic and trade cooperation between China and Bangladesh, Yao added.

Yes , we welcome Bangladesh getting into an FTA with China. They'd not be left with any clothes on their bodies including innerwear. CCP would ensure that . OTOH China ought ensure it doesn't get trapped like it did with iron brother Paxtan .

Long time ? RCEP has been operationalised in January 2022. That's not even 2.5 years ago.

China ought to invite Bangladesh to join RCEP . Why hasn't it ?

I'm happy to answer your question about joining the RCEP. RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) is a free trade agreement covering the Asia-Pacific region. To join RCEP, you need to go through the following steps:

1. Meet the accession criteria for RCEP member states. RCEP currently has 15 member countries, including China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and the 10 ASEAN countries. You need to ensure that your country meets the membership requirements of RCEP.

2. Contact the RCEP Secretariat and express your interest in joining RCEP. The RCEP Secretariat is responsible for managing the operation of RCEP and the accession of new member states.

3. Participate in negotiations and consultations with RCEP member states. New member states need to accept the rules and terms of RCEP and reach a consensus with the existing members. This usually requires a certain amount of negotiation and compromise.

4. Complete the domestic legal and procedural approval process. Joining RCEP requires approval from the government and parliament of the country to ensure compliance with domestic legal requirements.

5. Formally sign the RCEP agreement. After completing the negotiations and domestic approval procedures, the new member state needs to formally sign the RCEP agreement to become an official RCEP member.

The entire accession process usually takes a certain amount of time, depending on the specific circumstances of each country. If you have any other questions, please feel free to continue consulting with me.

What , are you naturally dumb or did it just happen ?

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) – a massive trade deal involving Southeast Asian nations and Australia, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and New Zealand – is celebrating 10 years since it was first conceived in 2012. It came into effect in January 2022 with the potential to strengthen supply chains, increase incomes and generate millions of jobs.
