Of course it will be . Since CCP anticipates sanctions on its products , the logical step would be to shift production to neutral countries preferably those neutral countries which've a free or preferential trade pact with the west like Mexico .

That's where the second order effects of sanctions come into play whereby these countries will be asked for certification of origin & percentage in terms of value of indigenization of those products failing which these products would also be subject to sanctions.

You need to watch carefully how CCP plans to build mfg plants for Chinese EVs in Mexico go . If the US threatens or levies sanctions on those Chinese EV plants which is the likely scenario, that's the end of the story

Chinese export is just very small part of story. Asean and Japan each are bigger economy than India, which means each econimic entity like shop or brands in the region faces bigger potential market.
