Does IAF have enough technical Staff? What are the condition and promotional avenues of technical staff? What about the working conditions? All these must be taken into account while conducting court of inquiry....

An experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the IAF has a salary double than what the civil sector pays. They are one of the most paid staffs in IAF. But skills can only do so much when you push the aircraft decades beyond its intended lifespan.

Dear Sir, you couldn't read between the lines. It is not prudent for me to go to details, but please check the ground realities of supporting staff...
