What will be pleasing for India …… Is it Trump or Biden, whom do the India would wish to have as US president. Most Indians living in US will vote Democrat. But Democrats have created innumerable obstacles in India-US relations, although Biden is well meaning to India. Trump presidency previously was autocratic with bad selection of advisors and operatives, but he favoured India over China.

Let us see your opinions?
Immigrants, especially educated, wealthy immigrants like those of Indian origin have historically leaned towards democrats and for good reasons. This has changed in the last few years, but the below 40 population of Indian origin will continue to vote for democrats overwhelmingly. That said, Govt of India, Indians and US citizens of Indian origin must remember that neither the left nor the right are our friends, it is a temporary, tactical understanding from one administration to another choosing the lesser evil every four years. While the neo-liberal left in the US are fully aligned with radical islamists, hinduphobe pseudo-intellects, anti-India NGOs etc, the conservatives have their own agenda pushing shady christian organizations, treating Indians as an inferior race and trying to arm twist India into trade deals and security deals that are not in our best interest. Remember, both Republicans and Democrats have the exact same policy of funding Pakistan and looking away when Pakistan uses terrorism to attack India.

Bottomline, irrespective of who wins the election (i am 99% certain it will be Biden/whoever DNC chooses), they will go after India as soon as they are done with Russia, USCIRF will continue to call India a country of "great concern", Pakistan will continue receiving covert and overt aid and arms. At a micro level Democrats will make immigration easy, while Republicans may be acquiescing when it comes to trade.

India must do what it is doing under Modi, i.e., continue to chart its own independent path similar to what China did in the 80s and 90s. US will not make it easy, they will create as many obstacles as possible to slow India's march.

I live in America for the last 53 years. Whatever you say in your long post is true but not entirely. Hostility against India is inbuilt in their political system. No matter how well you progress or well you run your economy and government; the US will find things to pin prick you and at that time they forget their own faults. You can gauge from the reports which major reporters of US media file about India. Their pipeline for reports is thru US embassy and onwards and so on.

Doesn’t matter. 90% of indian americans are woke brain dead morons
That’s just kind of all minorities in general. At the end of the day civic nationalism (which is what non woke POC, a minority of mostly brown and yellow people) itch for is a naive ideal. The forces of globalism and ethnonationalism are much stronger. It’s in your interest to spread cultural marxism in order to make it a dominant cultural force if you’re not white but living in a western country for the same reason it’s in your interest to spread secularism if you are say, a Muslim living in India because you would rather have that than ethnonationalism win.

Principle consistency may be noble, but hypocrisy is more practical. I wouldn’t be surprised if these guys low key have Hindu nationalist sympathies in India even if they support the woke stuff in the west.
