Looks like the upper portion of the Bunker act as Observation Purpose but the real hardened Bunker should be below that as seen in the @hammer head Video

RL here is thr is the 84mm rocket launcher. The houses which you see are not civilian houses but fauji bunkers on Indian side.

There is something known as a "Burst wall" it is nothing but an additional protection wall constructed to provide additional cover from fire and restrict view pakis use these kind of wall almost every where.Their bunkers are double stories styled above you have the fighting bunker and beneath you have the living bunker

A bombing targeted Pakistan's paramilitary force in the northwestern city of Peshawar on Tuesday, killing three officers and wounding eight, police said.

The bomb, which was apparently detonated by remote control, went off as a patrol of paramilitary police was passing by, said police officer Wajid Khan. The eight wounded also included civilians, he said.

A Pakistani splinter Taliban group, Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it deliberately struck the security forces.
