Most disgraceful thing was most of the people don't condemn the lynching but the sacrilege. Not even Big elephants of Punjab politics. It seems they are all okay with lynching .

RIP sikhism.
There was a brief period of silence after nice ass raping in 80's but seems like violence is the only language these people understand.

with back to back incidents of murders on charges of so called blasphemy indian punjab is indistinguishable from Pakistan Punjab
Come on man, our state ain't like that. You didn't see what that man was doing. He literally climbed over the bars to keep his feet on Guru Granth sahib. We are very welcoming and friendly people

pakistanis say the same about sialkot incident
I dont see any difference between this incident and sialkot incident
Pakistanis presented no proof of blasphemy but here we have recorded proof of the incident. People must have beaten him up in the heat of the moment. I would have done the same the same if someone had sacrileged Shrimad Bhagwan Gita and so would have you for sure . Being a Punjabi Hindu I also attach some importance to Gururdwara sahib and what that man did was totally wrong. He didn't deserve to be killed tho but there are a lot of emotions flowing around in these circumstances which can't be controlled easily

Muslims and sikhs will try to justify these murders in various ways but the world sees murder as a murder
6 sikhs were killed in wisconsin sikh temple in USA (back in 2012) americans were trying to justify this incident too people in USA confuse sikhs with muslims and these back to back incidents will further aggravate this confusion

Aren't we blaming and targetting Sikhs just too much these days? We pleb right-wing hindus bitter from Farmer's protest are grouping Khalistanis with genuine peaceful population, thus driving the wedge between Hindus and Sikhs even furthur?

The only gainers here are divisive political parties like Congress and anti-India forces.

Before crying lynching, mob-justice, barbarism, bla bla, have a look at this video. The person clearly crosses to the holiest place with malicious intent and is promptly apprehended.

Now, lets think if this happened in any other place -
  • Any random Masjid/Dargah, let alone Mecca - Person will be beheaded with a 4k-live telecast and the whole world will revere it.
  • Ram Mandir (the equivalent of Golden Temple) - Still will be lynched to abomination and die.
  • The Vatican - Will be shot dead by guards first, then questions asked/investigations done.
If this will happen in any place, why selectively blame Sikhs?

Lynching is bad regardless of who does it. Maybe we should stop taking sides in defending the barbarism. Lynching by Hindus for cow slaughter, by Muslims for blasphemy or by Sikhs for sacrilege is plain wrong, there's no defending it. When we defend something we must realise what aspirations do we have for our society? Want to end up lynching everyone who disrespects your religion, good luck being Pakistan then- akhand Bharat will be a reality with exactly the same people in either side. Dharmic view of civilization doesn't mean an anxious and jump-to-gun violence friendly society. Killing one person in a herd never makes you strong. Make the laws strong, get the culprits punished but don't start killing people at random. It'll open a floodgate that no one will be able to contain. What will stop from religious leaders settling personal scores in the name of Dharma/Beadabi/Blasphemy? Sad that people are just blaming communities for an act that's outrightly criminal.

muslims tried to offer namaz in a hindu temple in UP but none of them were harmed they were caught and handed over to the police
Sikhs have become more radical than muslims its a fact you can not cure a diesese without accepting it

That Sri Lankan probably didn't do anything and only threw some posters in the garbage box which had Islamic verses written on it . No intention at all to disrespect Islam or sentiments of Muslims but such are the standards of Blasphemy in Islam that even a small disagreement is enough to kill another in name of Gustakhi.

In the Golden Temple , the incident has been caught on Camera and the intentions of the culprit are for everyone to see. You are going to enter the most Holiest Shrine of the religion and start behaving like a Mad Dog, then you deserve to be culled like a Mad dog . Next time onwards no other idiot would dare to repeat these stunts being fully aware what the consequences will be.
