Homs, August 2 RIA FAN. A large group of militants associated with the "Free Syrian Army" surrendered to Hezbollah near the At-Tanf border crossing.
Military sources in the southern part of Homs province reported that a group of militants from the opposition alliance "Free Syrian Army" surrendered to pro-government troops with weapons and equipment.
Before leaving their positions in the At-Tanf area, the militants seized a large stock of ammunition, weapons and military equipment. The numerical composition of the detachment according to the source exceeds 30 people.
It is noted that American troops can leave the border area of At-Tanf in the south of Homs.
Later, the Arab media reported that the US military, Training "moderate" militants of the "Free Syrian Army" on the base near the At-Tanf area, gave their former allies 24-hour time to leave the military camp. It is also reported about the beginning of negotiations between Moscow and Washington on the transfer of the US military base on the border with Iraq.

Syrian troops entered Suhnu
Today, Syrian troops from the west and south went directly to Sukhnu.
Judging by reports from the places, there were no strong battles for the city itself, the enemy having lost the adjacent hills and predelience, departs through Sukhnu to the northeast in about the same style as left Palmira in the spring.
As before, the command of the Caliphate, in those cases where it is possible, prefers to keep the remaining troops for subsequent battles, and not leave them for hopeless resistance in the conditions of Suhna's semi-capture by the Syrian troops that have bypassed it from the south.
