I think most of the aethist intellectual are selective and bias, if we started to set standard of aethism with Maoist then it's one of the most repressive and violent ideology on earth, but it's not true

Let's put a straight reasoning session. Every religion sets a set of believes which it states shouldn't be challenged. If argument is done, it can't be reasoned at all.

Believing a story is not the only way of being a theist. Atheist is not someone who refuses to believe without proof. Atheist is someone who refuses to believe "at all cost". If someone is willing to believe according to proof, then he is not atheist but "reasonable"
