Some photographs of SU-57 and S-70 flying together. (Not the best resolution though, nonetheless still posted here. If I come across some higher resolution pics then I will definitely post them in this thread)

A short Size Comparison between the SU-57 "Felon" and S-70 "Okhotnik-B". SU-57 has a length of 20.1 m (65 ft 11 in). S-70 has a length of 13-14 m (42-45 feet). SU-57 has a wingspan of 14.1 m (46 ft 3 in). S-70 has a wingspan of 20 m (65 ft). So the SU-57 is longer than the S-70 whereas the S-70 is way more wider than the SU-57.

S-70 can act as a "Stealthy wingman" to be used along with the SU-57. I wish to see something like this with Ghatak UCAV and AMCA. Nonetheless the SU-57 and S-70 look really beautiful when flying together.
God thats literally an alien ship lmao

It's a "flying wing" design similar to the B-2 Stealth Bomber. They have a triangular type shape to them. Talking of UFOs, there are some UFOs that are known as "Black triangle UFOs".

Read this:-

"Black triangles are UFOs reported as having a triangular shape and dark color, typically observed at night, described as large, silent, hovering, moving slowly, and displaying pulsating, colored lights"

Our upcoming Ghatak UCAV will be the same type of design, AKA Flying wing.

JSM literally fit inside F-35, and it is an antiship
JSM is an Anti-ship missile as well as Land attack missile meaning it can be used against heavily defended targets on land as well as sea.
So is AARGM-ER and SIAW which can be used for anti ship purpose
I think so that when you are saying that AARGM-ER and SIAW can be used for Anti-Shipping purpose then you are saying that even though they are not dedicated anti-ship missiles like LRSAM, NASM-ER, Exocet etc they still can be used against sea based targets.
Similarly Su-57 can also carry Kh-59MK2 and Kh-58UShKE
Along with Kh-59MK2 and Kh58UShKE, SU-57 can also carry missiles like Kh-35U, Kh-31 etс for Anti ship role.

Compared to the F-35, then Su-57 RCS is quite a bit higher through X-band to L-band. Especially, in X-band, the median RCS value in the 40° frontal sector of Su-57 is 8 times higher than a clean F-35A and 7 times higher than F-35A loaded with AIM-9X. The average RCS of Su-57 in the same condition is 11 times higher than clean F-35A and 9 times higher than F-35A loaded with AIM-9X. Interesting enough, while L-band increase RCS value of stealth fighter, the median RCS of F-35 in L-band is still around 3.7 times lower than the median RCS value of Su-57 in X-band. To make matter worse, while the strong reflection spike of F-35 located at around 34-35° boresight, the strong reflection spike of Su-57 located at the center in the direction of travel. Thus, the different in instantaneous RCS between the two aircraft can be as high as 100 times.

Checkmate

Work on fifth-generation fighters began at the end of the 20th century. In the United States, the first such aircraft - the F-22 - began to be developed in 1986 and completed only in 2001. But four years before that, a Russian machine took off into the air - an experimental Su-47 carrier-based fighter. And in February 2000 - again before the Americans - the MiG 1.44 experimental aircraft.

Nevertheless, in Russia they abandoned the further development of these machines, designed back in the 1980s in favor of the modern and technologically advanced Advanced Aviation Complex of Frontal Aviation (PAK FA), as the Su-57 was called until August 2017.
The first flight of this fighter took place on January 29, 2010 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Compared to machines of previous generations, the Su-57 combines the functions of a strike aircraft and a fighter. The Russian machine has active phased antenna arrays (AFAR) distributed over the entire surface of the aircraft, providing all-round visibility. Only the F-35 fighter can boast of this, but not the F-22. On the other hand, both American aircraft are inferior in maneuverability to the Su-57, and the F-35 is not at all capable of sustained flight at supersonic cruising speed.

Otherwise, the Su-57 is a typical fifth-generation heavy fighter. Due to the geometry of the hull, intra-fuselage armament and radar-absorbing coating, the aircraft is hardly noticeable in the radar and infrared ranges. The fighter is also equipped with a complex of deeply integrated avionics with a high level of control automation and intelligent crew support. This reduces the pilot's workload and allows him to concentrate on tactical missions.
Due to the onboard equipment, the Su-57 can exchange data in real time both with ground control systems and within the aviation group, as well as solve problems autonomously.

n August 2019, the first Russian heavy strike unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) S-70 Okhotnik took off into the air, which should expand the capabilities of the Su-57.

First of all, the "Okhotnik" will be able to take over the target designation and thereby allow the Su-57 to hit the enemy without entering the air defense (air defense) coverage area. To interact with a strike link of two to four drones, it is planned to use the developed two-seat version of the Su-57, in which one of the crew members will be solely responsible for the operation of the S-70 Okhotnik. This UAV is made according to the “flying wing” scheme and, like the Su-57, is made using stealth technologies.

The Su-57 is a heavy twin-engine fighter, and the progress of fifth-generation domestic combat aviation is not limited to this direction. Thus, the new Russian light tactical aircraft Checkmate (“Checkmate”), a sample of which was presented during the International Aviation and Space Salon 2021 (MAKS-2021), received one power unit.

The speed of the fifth-generation light fighter will be 1,900 kilometers per hour, and the range will be about 3,000 kilometers. The fighter will be able to carry more than seven tons of various types of weapons - guided missiles, aerial bombs and a cannon. The onboard equipment of the aircraft with a built-in radar with AFAR will allow attacking six and tracking up to thirty air targets. Since Checkmate is being created on the basis of the backlog from the Su-57, unification with the latter is expected both in terms of avionics and weapons. Checkmate's first flight is scheduled for 2023.

The single-engine stealth aircraft is built primarily for export, making fifth-generation fighter aircraft available to developing countries. The United States assumes that sanctions will not become a hindrance here, since India, Vietnam and Argentina, which have not introduced restrictions against Russia, can be the main buyers. In addition, as the developers say, the aircraft provides for the use of only domestic components.

The advantage of Checkmate is that only Russian-made components are used in its design, while most foreign combat aircraft are created in cooperation, which significantly limits their export.

The main competitors of the new fifth-generation Russian aircraft will be French (Rafale) and Swedish (Gripen) fourth-generation fighters, as well as the American F-35 aircraft. Unlike Western aircraft, the cost of which is estimated at 60-90 million dollars, the Russian fighter will cost foreign customers several times cheaper - 25-30 million. Checkmate developers are confident that the demand for the new fighter in the international market will be 300 aircraft for 15 years. The leading buyers of the fighter may be the Arab countries, India and the states of Southeast Asia.

PJSC "UAC"
The General Director of Rostec State Corporation visited Yuri Gagarin KnAAZ, where the production of Su-57 fighters is currently underway. The company is working to increase the production of these aircraft under the contract between the UAC and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and a new batch of fighters will be delivered to the troops in the near future.

KnAAZ plans to increase the production of fifth-generation fighters by introducing modern production methods, building new facilities and purchasing modern equipment. The company has created a production line in the final assembly shops. The experience of implementing such a technological approach in the production of previous-generation aircraft has reduced the product manufacturing cycle by 30%. A project has been developed to introduce elements of augmented reality, which will increase the accuracy of technological operations and reduce the duration of their execution.

A cooling center for applying special coatings that reduce the visibility of the aircraft was also put into operation, about 300 special stands and consoles for testing the Su-57 were manufactured, and high-precision equipment was purchased to improve the quality and reduce the time required for manufacturing parts.

"This year, the Russian Aerospace Forces will receive new Su-57 fighters, they are in a high degree of readiness, and in the future the production rate of these fighters will be increased. We understand how important this work is, so to increase production of the Su-57, the plant is actively expanding and modernizing. At the moment, KnAAZ is loaded with orders until 2028, " said Sergey Chemezov.

In August, the company laid down new facilities for testing fighter systems and equipment. First of all, a boathouse for testing avionics, a fuel box and an updated engine test station will be built, which will receive the first aircraft in the second half of 2023. In the future, the company will build a new housing for the Su-57 at the flight test station, the third stage of electroplating production. There will also be reconstruction of facilities for mechanical processing and heat treatment.

"To ensure a growing production program, we need to attract additional personnel. We create conditions for specialists and workers to come to our enterprises, and raise wages. At KnAAZ, a phased indexation of tariffs and salaries was carried out by a total of 24 percent. Today, the average salary at the enterprise for production workers is 84 thousand rubles. Our goal is to ensure that the average salary level at UAC enterprises is at least 10% higher than the average in the city, " said UAC General Director Yuri Slyusar. - Together with the regional authorities, we implement programs to improve the working and living conditions of our employees. In 2022, our largest plant, KnAAZ, transferred taxes in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles to the budgets of the Khabarovsk Territory and Komsomolsk-on-Amur."

Extreme Range Kill on Ukraine’s Top Fighter Was a Su-57, Not an Air Defence System - Reports

Following reports that a Ukrainian Air Force Su-27 fighter and accompanying Su-24 strike fighter were shot down by Russian forces following a strike on Russia’s Belgorod region, conflicting reports from a number of Russian and Indian news outlets have indicated that a Russian Su-57 fighter was responsible. These have contradicted earlier reports that an S-300V4 air defence system using a 40N6 or possibly a 48N6DM surface to air missile was responsible. The Su-27 shootdown, although far from the first over Ukrainian skies, was particularly notable due to the 217km range at which it was achieved - making it by far the longest ranged fighter shootdown on record. The previous record for a surface to air shutdown was held by Russian S-400 systems based in Belarus, which shot down a Su-27 over Kiev in March at approximately 150km. Should the Su-57 have been responsible, however, it would mark a major milestone in the program and make the Russian fighter the very first in the world from the fifth generation to achieve a kill against an enemy fighter.

The Su-57 has been involved in operations over Ukraine since March, with aircraft confirmed to be carrying out strike and air defence suppression missions. This follows the previous deployment of Su-57s for combat testing and strike operations in Syria - although at the time the class was not operational in the Russian Air Force and advanced combat capable prototypes were used. The Russian Air Force currently fields an estimated six Su-57 fighters, although their advanced sensors including six AESA radars as well as highly potent electronic warfare systems has reportedly made them a valuable asset over Ukraine - particularly considering that no other Russian fighter class fields remotely comparable capabilities. The deployment of the aircraft for air to air combat, if confirmed, would reflect a much higher level of confidence in the fighter class - with its American fifth generation rival the F-35 being much more limited its their ability to contribute to complex air to air operations .

As Ukrainian Su-27s were operating in Russian airspace, and were confirmed to be armed primarily with air to ground rocket pods, deploying Su-57s for interception could have been considered a low risk means of gaining an air to air kill for the new fighter class. The possibility that the Su-57s were accompanied by other more combat tested fighters such as Su-35s, in case the Ukrainian Air Force had any unexpected surprises or the new fighter failed, also remains significant. Although the Su-57’s primary air to air armament the R-77M missile has only a 200km engagement range, its oversized R-37M missile can engage targets up to 400km away - with this being the missile reportedly used to intercept the Ukrainian aircraft. Footage seemingly showing an R-37M over a Ukrainian city, taken by residents, provided some support to this claim. While other secretive long ranged air to air missiles with unknown designations have also reportedly been developed for the Su-57, none are thought to have a range sufficient to engage a manoeuvrable fighter like the Su-27 at over 200km.

The fact that the Su-27 was involved in a hit and run attack on Russian territory, and was reportedly returning to base when shot down, makes reports of the Su-57’s involvement somewhat more credible since the target aircraft would not have posed a threat of retaliation and was likely struck from behind. The Su-27 has a maximum engagement range of 130km using R-27ER/ET air to air missiles, although the ability to use these against the Su-57 at respectable distances remains very limited. This is due to the ageing Soviet-built jet’s limited sensors and the new fighter’s advanced electronic warfare capabilities and stealth profile. Thus at 217km the risk to the Su-57 of engaging its target in air to air combat over Russian airspace would have been negligible, while the benefits for the fighter program remain significant not only for morale domestically but also for its export prospects and international reputation - both of which have been harmed by long delays in bringing the class into service. The Russian-Ukrainian War has presented multiple rare opportunities for Russian assets to gain kills and be tested in combat against relatively capable enemy fighters, with the S-400 and the Su-57’s predecessor the Su-35 both having gained their first air to air kills in March over Ukrainian skies. The Su-57 is not expected to be deployed similarly aggressively, but could see further defensive air to air operations within Russian airspace.
