I had a close look at MKI during 2 Aero India and found to be BIG .......as big as the Falcon Business Jet parked near by.

The Su-34 just looks so much bigger

Bondarev: The Su-34 is much better than its predecessor

Sukhoi Su-34 is much better than their predecessors, the Su-24 and Su-24M is not expended its resources, said Russian Air Force Commander Lt. Gen. Viktor Bondarev.

"We Sukhoi Su-24 bomb load - 7.5 tonnes during combat radius of about 350 kilometers. Su-34 carries 12 tons of various weapons and combat radius of it - more than a thousand kilometers," - said Bondarev on Thursday during a visit Novosibirsk aircraft plant holding "Dry", which produce the Su-34.

China's Air Defence is far more formidable than either Armenia's or South Africa's.

The full-backs will be roasted before they ever reach the East Coast. Any aerial raid so far into China will only be a suicide mission.

Su-34 is designed to penetrate the NATO air defence. So, Chinese AD is not a problem anyway.

I doubt it can penetrate NATO air defense, or even Chinese. It has no stealth whatsoever and it's huge. What it can do is position itself at stand-off distances and lob cruise missiles at targets within NATO.

Quite Impressive.

I remember Air Force Chief stating last year that Su-34 will carry the 4500 km Kh-101 Cruise Missile and most stand off weapon that exist or under development.
