8 tons is limit for export version. 13500 is phisical limit, but nobody flies with this loads.
Typical load is 4-6 tons, nothing more.
There can always be extra-ordinary conditions in war requiring this

Yes, but airframe and landing gear lifetime will be very short with these loads.
Fnd I' not talking about very short combat radius and poor agility in this case.

War conditions in which such stressful loads are sane to use usually forbid AA refuelling because even friendly airspace can be not safe for tankers.
