The red encircled is the front sight but what about rear sight (if used without telescopic sights)?

Also what is the the gauge-like thing behind the Telescope mount(Red arrow)?
Flip out sights, its an aperture sight (1). The yellow writing is range settings(2), on top you can see its for HEDP round(3). You can see the knob on top (4) using which you can switch to other range settings, for diff rounds.

A real futuristic option would have been the textron.
Absolutely not. Textron is good for manga / sci-fi but very unpractical for actual combat.

Weird timing based bottom ejection port with no space for picatinny rail on lower handguard.
Complicated electronic round counter system susceptible to environmental conditions.

Not a good service rifle.

Yep. I liked GE bid best, mostly for the TrueVelocity ammo concept.

It does not have a bottom ejection port and none of the guns competing have bottom pic rails, they have mlok slots which the textron has aswell.

The three possible ways of shooting a RCL and also three classes of rounds used in these scenarios are :

1. Direct fire; iron sights/scope
Used with rounds like HEAT, anti-structure and flechette.
You aim the front post and rear aperture, adjust windage and shoot. In case of scope you simply use the reticle, adjust windage/parallax/elevation and shoot.
In this case the round goes like a bullet with negligible drop up to 300m.

2. Indirect fire; iron sights.
Used with rounds like HE, HEDP, Airburst and illumination.
You aim the front post and rear aperture, adjust windage dial in the estimated range in the aperture set screw which causes the aperture to rise. As you line the risen aperture with front post the whole RCL gets canted like a mortar and then you shoot.
In this case the round goes like an artillery shell, following a parabola, so you can engage targets beyond 500m.

3. Indirect fire; scope.
Again used with rounds like HE, HEDP, Airburst and illumination.
You dial in the range of the target via those knobs in the scope mount, this cants the scope. As you line the canted reticle with the target the whole RCL gets canted like a mortar and then you shoot.
In this case the round goes like an artillery shell, following a parabola, so you can engage targets beyond 500m.

Is this possible with RPG-7 as in movie 13 hours similar scenes are there where RPGs are fired in parabolic path

That's a typical story of "deviation" in India, and it keeps repeating itself again and again

The movement in Naxalbadi started with a somewhat noble cause of opposing the atrocities of Zamindars; but today Naxalites are just like any other extortion racket trying everything possible to get levy

Ranvir Sena too was started as a simple and most logical way of opposing the unjust terrorism of Naxalites but ultimately got deviated to upper caste mercilessly slaughtering lower caste.

RPG s lose accuracy beyond 300 m as they are not stabilised when exiting the "barrel", and only stabilise when rocket motor activates to give spin. While they can be fired like that, it wont be accurate.

CG, being rifled, is much more accurate.

Not really.
RPGs have a 5-6 second self destruct fuze. So if you calculate the time of flight of an PG-7 round using basic projectile motion formula with initial velocity 120m/s, angle of launch 20° degree and elevation of launch 0m; then it'll be more than 6 second. So in theory RPGs can be a very good area effect weapon but practically the round will detonate mid-air before reaching the target.
