Its is for the Indian Airforce, the one Army purchased will come later.
Yes but this is fast keeping in mind when deal was finalized. Compared to the Quality, fit n finish and delivery timeline by OFB, this is surprisingly fast. No wonder it makes more sense to pick up rifles off the shelf than spoon feeding a spoiled PSU/Sarkari firm to create substandard outdated junks...

I never wanted OFB to manufacture these, but what can we even do? I rather wanted to go for the Galil in the same caliber but it was a bit more expensive.

Hadn't IAF ordered AK103?
You expect sense from IDRW? Who knows dude, Russians sold AK-103M to Porkis in the name of AK-103 and sold AK-103M to us in the name of AK-203. Same might be the case between the orders of Army and Airforce.

That is a good AK firing stance... IA's gun ustaads should teach such(if not this particularly) stance to new conscripts so that by 2-3 years, they get good with recoil control, faster followup shots and better overall accuracy.
It is typical Rooskie stance
See a lot in Kalashnikov concern videos

Should lean a little bit to the front for a better CoG don't you think?

Yes he is bit stern and tensed in his posture. It should be little leaned forward and lesser tension in overall body. While shooting and moving, a tensed body is lesser effective. There should be certain amount of gap between legs to account for a good CoG.
RR practices such stance regularly and we see that professionalism in their work. This is why Army needs to thin out the population and make tactical trainings a regular activity.
