so there you have it, it's one of darra made pistol in .30 cal (7.62x25mm most likely, although markings here indicate it is in 7.63 x 25mm ? seems highly unlikely though) with possible full auto capability on it

It's a laser pointer/illuminatior not a range finder.

And most probably it's a Venom from a Israeli firm by the name Thermal Beacon Ltd.

That's a very effective muzzle brake.

Also the shooter is a competitor shooter, not an average Joe.

And btw, he's shooting semi-auto, so he can kind of re-acquire his target after each shot. Though that won't make that big of difference given how fast he's shooting.
