Mate please go through the last few posts and understand what I’m trying to say, Telangana STF has most probably purchased their CZ 807s from the OEM directly from the Czech Republic. CMT is their Indian partner who will market their products or make them in India if there is a large enough order. For a few CZ 807s no way they’ll do local production, at most CMT may have marketed the gun to the STF but even this is less likely.

Not a bad idea actually, Arsenal is a publicly listed company in Bulgaria so GOI can set up an overseas corporation of their own to buy shares in Arsenal AD, like how the Chinese do all the time, but alas I don't think anyone has the will or thought to do so
