I agree,we should've,could've done more.i do appreciate the gud gesture but obviously that's no where near what they deserve.
they shud b resettled in their homelands and not anywhere else. they deserve to b returned to kashmir and protected.
if we as a nation is incapable of doing that, then we can't blame porkis, or any one else!
At least,rss/bjp pressed for criminal investigation on the massacre.
A fair trial would've gone down in the annals of the history.
About the resettlement,we have a moral responsibility to rehabilitate them in their home state.
But think about it in a KP's perspective.
Their motherland(us dhindus& goi) didnt not come to their rescue, during the hour of need(massacre),
we didn't officially acknowledged their pain(no media reporting,no legal charges, intellectuals mouna vradh etc),
And last but not least,we didnt provide any hospitality for those survived the ordeal and make it to the mainland.
Since the massacre, they survived on their own.
If I were a KP, I woudnt trust neither GOI nor the hindus for resettlement programs.
What(and where) is the guarantee, for that 90 massacre wont happen again?
There is trust deficit, which we need to address first.
I suggest the goi should start with 370 and 35a.
