Ukrainian society wants victory, but not everyone wants to take part in it personally. Of 100% of military draft notifications, only a third are sent to the mil. commissariat.
The new law on mobilization only expanded the rights of military commissars and police officers.
I personally was at the recruiting center. By law, I cannot be mobilized, but I can voluntarily sign a contract to work in my specialty. This is 2 times more salary than now. Unfortunately, an extra military design engineer is not needed now and I was sent to standby mode.
