According to the sources of the publication, the top military leadership of Canada was informed about Cadieu's decision to go to Ukraine.

I can believe it, no problem. The west is being tight lipped about the number of American and British military and intelligence personnel killed in a missile strike in western Ukraine. Actually, they did say everyone left as so as the invasion happened, but I believe they're lying.
