Pakis have maintained that the ingress was only 3-4 kms from LOC!

Look dude! None of us know what exactly happened. We're all trying to piece together and rationalize the bits and pieces of information we're getting.

I still don't understand what your objection is wrt a rocket-powered-glide-bomb with a range of 100kms homing in on a target that's 50 kms from LOC!
Circumstantial evidence. Do you really believe that Pakis are that coward a country that they will lock down their air space for 4 days now, over 4 "rocket powered glide bombs", thrown across the LoC?

Balochistan is getting very interesting.....everyday there are multiple casulaties of Paki army since past few days. This is because of the fear of Cold Start,Pakjabis have fled Balochistan in public buses and deployed at LoC and Sindh. Quetta Corps is not in Balochistan anymore

The remaining paramilitary are easy meat of Baloch fighters. They are getting arrested and their weapons snatched.

Yesterday, a CPEC railway line as blown up in Las Bela district, close to Sindh border.

They'll probably get a shipment from China in the next couple of days...unless IN has blocked civil shipping traffic

There are ship trackers like MarineTraffic similar to the aircraft tracking sites where you can monitor vessel movement in and out of ports
Two tankers entering Karachi Harbour limits.

Dude, you're spinning in circles!
Firstly, countries react to not just what happened but also due to fear of what could happen in the near future! Pakis are fearing more ingress into their country at various sectors, and Pak air force also want exclusive access to the air space.
Did you read the IndianExpress article? It's quoting Indian defence sources that the planes did not fly to Balakot!
And your retort is that they couldn't have launched the PGM from LOC????

Dude don't spread rumours. Nothing of this sort has happened. Air traffic wouldn't be up and running if that was the case.
Actually..there was a VIDEO..some twitter link.
where the past 2 days of air traffic over the pak and Indias western border was tracked. and put in time lapse.
Then..the moment when paki jets invaded airspace over the said area..there was civilian traffic on Indian side...
BUT..to get to the real levels...the video should be on ZOOM to find the exact distance between the corridor of operation and civilian traffic..
in zoomed out mode..it sure looks cluttered.

BUT YES...pakis did fire the AMRAAM when Indian airspace was not closed and was having CIVILIAN TRAFFIC in the sector.

Mate why would I ? I pasted somewhere in this thread what I read in Bharat-Rakshak.
Further I remember reading somewhere few day back that there was a radar lock on Indigo.
Which is why I said I cannot give proof.

Yes I read it.

The paki jets locked on to an Indigo aircraft that was flying in region.

In return, the Indian government shutdown the airspace of northern indian immediately after.
Did Indigo file and Incident Report..IF SO... This should be out in public and burning like wild fire.
then that should get very very interesting for pakis..
Using an american platform and american weapon to target civilian craft ..constitute as terrorism.

Bro
Really? Now that is a full scale escalation! Targetting Civilian airlines means the whole world could go and hammer Pakis!
Bro, which is why I think there is not much air traffic north of Delhi and in North West of India.

Your assessment is highly inaccurate. For access to airspace of a country's own airforce, one does not need to shut down everything flying non military.
Yes, right - what could have happened, the thing they were afraid of was repetition of what happened that night. Btw: are you one of those people who believe that IAF bombed empty fields? In that case, I'll not bother replying to you. LOL.

Bhai, if Porkis locked on a civilian aircraft, the airspace would have been shut for quite a bit longer than it was. Risks outweigh the benefits.

God forbid if an airliner gets shot down, there is no way a war wouldn't be declared. Things happened so far would be inconsequential blip for what will come after that.
