Now with development and deployment of these weapons of Air defense and its deployment, Air force of our enemies will be useless against India. They will have to use missiles to attack India which will have some probability of hitting targets in India. Their planes shall be shot down even before they enter Indian space.

If they can wipe out your missile force and factories, it will be lot easier to destroy PSLV launch site and assembling factory;

PSLV is an orbital launcher takes 15 days to a month to assemble when war would have ended.
On the other hand, missiles are mass produced have standard sizes not customized every time. Adding one more stage on Agni 5 and a more powerful booster or simply using SSLV as an ICBM may reach to US. But using such a big orbital rocket doesn't make sense at all.

Do we have indigenous long range radars to track their hypersonic Ballistic missiles or are we still dependent on ISRAELIS FOR THAT AND IN TURN TO USA also?
If we don't have indigenous solution then it is big problem.

The advanced version of the Swordfish radar has a range of about than 1500 km. In addition to that we are having MOTR radar from ISRO which has a version currently being integrated into a survelillance ship. This will cater to our phase 1 of bmd program which is for 2k class ballistic missile.
For phase 2 we are developing ad-1, ad-2 missiles, 3k range radar as well as satellite based launch monitoring.

Quasi ballistic missile so it's true , with its Manuvering capabilities and hypersonic speed it can confuse the Interceptor and difficult for the radar to get a lock but it can be shoot down theroatically it is possible , very very difficult in real environment .

we don't know anything about the terminal stage Manuvering we don't have any clue about the Warhead design or its control mechanisms by looking at the pictures I belive there may not be Manuvering capabilities in the terminal stage.

If we use Missile launched PGMs it is much more destructive . And I want ATGMs as a paylaod in Pralay for destroying Chinese artilleries. We added a Torpedo in SMART so adding ATGM may not be a difficult task.

Problem is that how would the dispensed submunitions be oriented after dispensing at a particular height. How would they network with each other, search for targets and prioritise them. How do you propose to achieve the above objectives? Only similiar system was US LOCAAS and assault breaker.
Then again those systems were based on light missiles, less than 2 tons. While pralay is huge, 5ton missile, so maybe not really the right platform for such mission.
