Launch has been delayed for one or two month because of some problems in guidance systems.

The DRDO chief in a recent interview said that Indian Navy will be the first one to induct the Nirbhay..
So if all things go as planned we can expect the Project-15B destroyers and Arihant class to be armed with Nirbhay.

So what VLS are they gonna use for Nirbhay on board the destroyers- The L&T UVLM or a new VLS ?

Missile will be tested in September. They are doing minor design corrections as of now.
