I have started already. May take a while as thread is too long.

Different threads require different levels of moderation.
Knowledge threads require very heavy mod intervention to prevent it getting littered with useless chatter. Current affairs/ political thread can be more lenient in nature.
Too much moderation across threads can make this place feel like a convent school run by sex-starved nuns - irritating and make the strong-willed characters to run away

Wonder where are they

I wonder where so many members have gone. The members I've joined this forum with are almost completely gone. Especially members of the shout-box days. I know this is the internet and we're all here anonymously, but in a way I grew up with those internet people back then. I never gave it much thought then.
