When Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaches the UK on Thursday, a major worrying factor for the Indian agencies would be to steer him clear from the protests that Sikh Council UK and Federation of Sikh Organisation are planning to hold during his visit.

"Proposed venues for the protest include the Airport, 10 Downing Street, Parliament Square, Indian High Commission, the Hotel where the PM would stay, Wembley Stadium, Hindu Temple where Modi would visit and Cambridge University...The demonstrators are likely to protest outside Wembley Stadium, London on November 13, 2015," warns an intelligence communication.

But this is not all. The intelligence communication further warns about the increasing radicalisation of Sikh youths in UK. It says that Sikh radicals in the UK are planning to train youths to make improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

"Besides imparting ideological indoctrination, youth would also be imparted theoretical training to make IED using common chemicals by giving live demonstrations," the secret communication adds.

Giving alarming details, it says, "Such classes have been held in recent past at Guru Nanak Gurdwara, Spark Hill, Stratford, Birmingham (December 2014) and Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Glasgow (January 2015)."

Sources said that Pakistan's ISI is playing a hand to fuel Sikh radicalisation and is using Avtar Singh Khanda, a close associate of Jagtar Singh Tara and Paramjit Singh Pamma who is associated with Babbar Khalsa –UK.

The detailed four page communication points out that on May 3 these outfits had organised a conference at Guru Teg Bahadur Gurdwara in Leicester.

Subsequently, the Federation of Sikh Organisation (FSO) held "Ghallughara Remembrance March and Freedom Rally" on June 7 in London.

According to Intelligence agencies the Sikh radicals on July 31 formed a new organisation 'Miri Piri Foundation'. The goal of the organisation is creation of Khalistan and responsibility has been given to its leadership to propagate the Khalistan ideology among the Sikh masses.

The agencies worried over indoctrination of by Sikh radicals also raised concerns over TV and Radio channels controlled by Pro-Khalistan outfits. Some of these channels- Sikh Channel, Sangat TV (both UK) and Star Live (France) are controlled radicals. Babbar Khalsa has in fact started an internet radio channel for indoctrination.

"During meeting of the Sikh Diaspora on various religious and other occasions funds are collected by the radicals of banned organisations like Babbar Khalsa and sent to intermediaries based in Punjab and Pakistan. The owner of the 'Sikh Channel' UK had given approximately 2500 pounds to the chief of Dal Khalsa international based in Pakistan," says the communication adding that Sikh federation in UK in September this year organised a meeting in West Midlands where it collected GBP 97,750 in donations.

"These developments read in conjunction with the developments that are taking in Punjab is a major cause for worry. It is being discussed at the highest level,"said sources in sync with the developments.

What's the fuss about PM Modi taking a lot of foreign trips? It's not for rest and recreation and every trip has an outcome that impacts Indian economy.

This UK trip for instance will see defence deals as well as market Indian rupee back bonds to UK.

Blame the previous PM for not marketing his achievements or not doing enough to market India to outside world rather than focusing on current PM's trips and what he wears and all that stuff.

1. They don't want Make in India , because it benefits foreign companies, but they want made in China imported iphones/androids/laptops

2. They don't want India being an outsourcing hub to foreign nations as it is a form of slavery, but they want the jobs those companies provide. I know several commies, who work in MNCs shitting about how evil capitalists is exploiting their labor. Morons can't bring themselves to quit because they would lose their livelihood.

3. They don't want PM visiting foreign countries because it wasted tax money but have no problem with NGOs sabotaging Indian govt development programs, which cost tax payers several times worse in combating them.

4. They don't want army being paid so much and India spending so much on defence and yet they want to feel secure within their homes .
