It pays to be cynical when it comes to alleged improvements/inductions/changes in our defence forces. The word 'soon' is so bandied about in media regarding defence acquisitions, that I have now developed a vitriolic hatred to that word ! Optimism is the surest way to depression when it comes to our armed forces, MoD and babus wrt to induction and purchase of newer equipment, as well as change in tactics/strategy.

Their is no conscious on the program.
Army wants a lead role keeping AF and Navy in support sole. Other branches are not ready to accept this.

Any reform in our armed forces is tough as reaching Mars
Only a strong person can make changes but if he goes everything goes
This attitude needs to be changed

OFB defense squad reporting for duty.

This has nothing to do with OFB, The enemy is using Armour piercing rounds (left by chutiya USA in afghan) that can penetrate NIJ level 3 Armour, Any other NIJ level 3 Armour would have also failed.

Quality and manufacturing is not the issue here, the only thing this implies is that NIJ level 3 Armour is not sufficient for the current threat created by the use of Armour piercing rounds.

I must leave now. I have a union meeting to attend.
