Best will be to create a string of underwater mines through mine layers around porki coastline as their coast line is small, they will get confined in their territory and we’ll get rid of Porki navy. Or we can do psyops that we have laid mines around Pakistan’s coastline so surrender and all, this will also be beneficial.

Can't a submersible torpedo launcher be created we can install it in deep sea , can use satcom + surface ship to track and destroy enemy , before they know they will be downed , mines can be avoided but a homing torpedo can sink them
