It all depends on the political situation. They helped design the Koreans means a unit provided Korean engine.

The Dooshan DV27K in the K2 is very much a modern heavy duty Tank powerpack unit, quite unlike the 890 series MTU unit they were using earlier, which was basically a medium duty purpose engine used more or less as a temporary quick-fix.

However, whether the Dooshan motor proves itself in the long term is yet to be seen, but since the Koreans seem to have taken their own sweet time to iron out the issues, I guess it's save to assume it would serve them well.

Their is little looks have to do in combat but ergonomic design help in long run ..

This is a really nice setup and clean and flushed interior, Perhaps not of an MBT ..

Really like those displays besides having periscopes ..
