I want to say you don't have an idea on this.
And to add something it was with russian assistance up to start 2000-s.
No money, no development, sorry, that is truth for any kind of program. And if state with economic problems have too choose, a cheaper less ambitious project, and project that is more ambitious and more expensive, it will choose the first one.

Economy is something that can't be ignored.

Not upgraded yet, they will be upgraded in nearest future, this year first vehicle should be upgraded for tests purpose.

Below the list of improvements.

Leopard 2PL:

1. Modernization will include rebuild of turrets in to KWS-2 standard (so like Leopard 2A5 and newer variants) it means that EMES-15 primary sight will be raised and it's old window covered with armor, eliminating old weak zone, hull will also be most likely rebuilded.
2. Old special armor will be replaced with new improved one.
3. There will be spall liners inside.
4. Commander PERI-R17 will be replaced with new PERI-R17A3 with "Attica" thermal sight.
5. Driver will receive new vision blocks as well as rear view camera.
6. Turret and hull will receive attachement points for addon armor.
7. FCS will be improved with ability to use designed in Poland programmable multipurpose HE ammunition.
8. Turret traverse and main armament elevation servo's will be replaced from electro-hydraulic to fully electric system.
9. Some other improvements.

This is for basic level of improvements. There are four additional improvement levels.

Level A:
External aditional modular armour on turret front and hull front. APU, STOPFire sytsem, new drivers anti-blast seats.

Level B:
Additional soft kill APS Obra-3 SSP-1 and aditional 16 81mm smoke granades, new inertial navigation system "Tain 30000".

Level C:
EMES-15 improvement by replacing old thermal camera with next generation "Attica" thermal camera. Cooling system for crew and electronics block.

Level D:
Additional RCWS designed in Poland (more info's here: Zdalnie sterowane moduły uzbrojenia OBR SM Tarnów)

You seen dozens photos of ALL prototypes .
But much of data is still classified. Photos don't mean much really.

US prototypes like TTB also have a lot of photos in the web, still vehicle is a bit of mystery as not much data is avaiable, neither interior photos.

So it is not comparable ))) You may compare TTB to testbet of molot in Leningrad (photo is known).

Gur Khan attacks!: Танк "Объект 477": премьерный показ
Well, TTB was actually a functional technology demonstrator with functional armament. This testbed of Ob.477 is only automotive test vehicle, more comparable with other American projects like SRV or ATD (you can read about them in Hunnicutt book). So TTB would be more comparable with early functional prototypes of Ob.477 not it's automotive testbed.

Of course I am not making any negative comments about Ob.477, I hope you did not misunderstood my posts?

Vehicle in itself is interesting, and it is pity that not much informations about it are avaiable for general public.

Well it is interesting ammunition solution.

Well, Arjun with it's armament and ammunition for it, is actually more a bunker buster tank, or vehicle designed for infrantry fire support and to actually fight against infantry with it's HESH and that ne thermobaric ammunition, than being a proper MBT designed to fight with other MBT's.
