^ The terminals landscaping and design revolves around an abstract reference to the writing of Rabindranath Tagore of Bengal. The graphic nature of his writing is visible as large scale patterns etched on to the underside of the main roof as well as landscaped across the forecourt ground.

This is a freaking project, delayed due to Economic slowdown, but well in place according to official rumours.

Special Economic Zones hold a key to overall upcoming Mega Projects, since they are highly Infrastructure intensive and known for high Export growth and employment. But I would like to bring spotlight on upcoming SEZ by Reliance which is rattling on account of some unruly people supposed to upheld the interest of the local farmers. It has been observed that, they are making some unrealistic which is highly unjustifiable, as remuneration that they have suggested to be compensated to effected farmers is highly exorbitant. Because of this Debt ridden state like Maharashtra is being deprived of a kind of a SEZ which gives it a stretegic value, since last several years, no major project has seen light of the day in any part of Maharashtra. If this SEZ gets approved then Maharashtra will not only get some blessings of upcoming Mega projects but also it will enabled it yeild Export growth of nearly $20 Billion doller a year and Jobs for nearly 2 million citizens of Maharastra. But some devisive politics has jeopardizing such a Mega Project.

There are some accidents during construction of Phase II. But during it's 8 years of construction and operation DMRC has an amazing safety record and all off their projects till now are ahead of Schedule.
