We don't know that and that's besides the point. Mk1A's role is to provide certain capability to IAF and it's being delayed, and that's not a good thing.

But first few Tejas will have elta , I have forgotten the number though....Uttam is flying with 2 tejas

Can't comment on the given scale , but for starters it will increase bandwidth of radar , plus lower power consumption for similar power output or to rephrase , higher output for same input , smaller in size .

Its too early to comment. GAN devices are still under-testing and test the test results are not out in public domain. We have to wait until first radar is actually built.
