So Tejas will get Indigenous MAWS( Missile Approach Warning System) ? . Can you provide an article or something from where I can get Information for it ?

Best flying display till date, much improved than before. Also enjoyed parachute less high angle landing roll.

What are the advantages of better slow-speed performance (Tejas doing a slow flyby at 120 knots)? In the case of CAS, can the guns be used at such speed ranges when the pilot keeps the nose up?

Chinks tried an IRST pod, went nowhere. No plans on Mark1A, dunno why (the nose section is similar, could take the noseplug & setup)

No towed decoy for us r8 now. Please share some info on one on Blk3.

HMDS is everywhere. IOC had it.

EW will be an external pod on Mark1A & Mark1 too.

MAWS is a bit tricky. It's very pricey but doesn't add that much capability. MWF is to have one, but bad idea on LCAs like Tejas & Jf-17 that you want to remain cheap.

True, most of maws are overrated system for a high flying modern aircraft ( barring something like DAS). Would pick towed decoy over maws anyday.

Honestly speaking, I do Feel like it is right that JF 17 visually looks better Than Tejas but their JF 17 block 1 is practically 3rd generation Junk .

They are begging For second hand f16 from Iraq even when they can buy JF 17 which shows how much faith they have on that Junk fighter of theirs. Imfao

a b rand new untested engine meant only to boost performance of pseudo-4th gen fighter will come with its own share of overheads...pakistan military is now running on loans...how long do u think they can assure impeccable quality? corners will be cut...servicabiity will be affected
