As report is saying.... This was a system check sortie after major FCS and cabin pressurization rectification at far from parent base.

Hence, IAF did faulty repair or rectification first, then fly without proper check and Thankfully aircraft landed safely but despite of checking their failure they are hiding it by giving pilot shaurya chakra.

Only IA soldiers are worthy of these medals. Terrorist Sameer tiger challenged Major Shulka by abusing his mother in a Viral video. In reply Major Shukla swear on his mother and declared that Sameer Tiger will not see the sun tomorrow. Next day morning 5am Major Shukla managed to find him and challenged for duel, Major shukla himself took the lead and shot the terrorist by his own gun and Earn the Medal.

Contrary to IA, IAF has been taking medals by doing this drama from years. last time in a real conflict IAF missed it target, lost Mig-21, Mi17, pilot captured by PAF and 3 officers court marshaled.

The IAF as the user can't do "rectification" or any FCS upgrade or downgrade. It's the job for the developer. This article is riddled with holes.

If any FCS changes were made, it's the test pilots who fly and certify it first even if the change is the printf statement. Moreover only ADA has the power to make FCS changes. It's not as if any laptop if get connected to the aircraft you get the source codes to modify changes.

The IAF has zilch power to modify the source codes.

Whoever made up this so called article is a major fool and have no idea on how industry works. I work in electronics and even if a basic change like using an same resistor of a different company in the same PCB prototype can lead to whole set of testing process again before it gets cleared to Test Engineers for ATE and Manufacturing.

And if some idiot believe IAF has the source codes to make changes to FCS is the biggest laughing stock.

Yep ,the pilot really deserves a medal, my heart slipped for while when I heard that Tejas has FCS failure and was saved from a crash. Imagine the r*ndi rona if it the worst had happened.

I know u have problem with forces but don't bloody discredit them u r abusing country by doing so.
