I also asked him a question - whether we could have performed a TLI of CY-3 from LVM3, and what are the pros/cons of the two approaches to moon missions. Received a pretty detailed, but stock answer, thanks to prior knowledge from this forum
Oh the standard - that LVM3 isn't exactly powerful enuf to deliver a significant payload thru TLI. Rest of the answer were minor related points....What did he said

So this new launch pad will launch ISRO's SSLVs and Skyroot's Vikram and Agnikul's Agnibaan rockets as well?
