What kind of stupid response is this?

Haven't I written tonnes about it already?

You know why Gaganyaan's timeline jumped 2 years later and Aditya L1 postponed even recently.

Decentralization is for taking care of launch authority and manufacturing within state controlled organization, privatization is for hastening manufacturing itself. Both don't necessarily relate to each other.

Ever heard of 2G spectrum scam?
Antrix can't continue full scale operations anymore legally.

NSIL takes care of operations of Antrix too and Antrix too could be used as technology incubator if needed.

DOS and DAE aren't ran by babus. The main executive of DoS too will be a scientist.

What kind of coincidence of your "pages".

It's true that government has been trying to incubate space technology into private sector to get ISRO out of commercial work. It just confirmed that.

For decentralization, this source doesn't negate and isn't even remotely related.
Whoa..... I expected a better response from you.

Mangalyan, Gaganyaan being delayed because ISRO is a centralized entity?

Please do enlighten me how.

Indian private Firm Accubits Technologies to Launch the World’s First Enterprise Blockchain Satellite

On 31st January 2020, Accubits Technologies made its mission announcement to launch the world’s first enterprise blockchain satellite.

The mission aims to send a low earth orbit satellite, weighing 12 Kilograms to space for establishing an enterprise blockchain ledger that can enable a secure transactional network for next-generation financial & IoT systems. The mission, titled as Chainsat is scheduled to send a satellite to its orbit by Q1 2021.

Blockchain technology offers unparalleled security and trust among the users because it is not centrally controlled and it cannot be hacked or manipulated. For a majority of business applications of blockchain, a secure interface between the blockchain ledger and network participants is required. However, the currently existing communication channel – the internet doesn’t satisfy the security requirements demanded by enterprises. Due to the same reason, enterprise adoption of blockchain technology is in its nascent stage.

Chainsat aims to fix this problem by facilitating an off-grid network for Blockchain transactions that bypasses the terrestrial internet. Here, the participants in the enterprise blockchain network can access the decentralized ledger via direct satellite communication. For example, federal agencies, financial institutions, etc has regulations in place that restrict it from storing information on public-facing servers or systems that are connected to the internet. For such institutions, Chainsat facilitates a secure communication channel without any need to depend on the internet. Communication with the satellite will be established with UHF Telemetry with 115 kbps data and S-Band payload Transmitter with up to 5 Mbps data and an experimental X-band transmitter with up to 150 Mbps data. The satellite will have an onboard data storage of 4 TB in space hardened memory modules.

And then once the technology matures, someone else will develop another satellite to grab these block chain data banks from the sky.

India's space agency had to call off the recent launch of GISAT1 just 10-minutes before the scheduled lift-off owing to the interference of US which objected to some sensors on board.

The report goes on to add that US objected to India getting some critical parts of 6 sensors that were part of the payload of GISAT 1. Quoting intelligence officials, the reports says PMO India interfered at last moment to halt the launch to the surprise of space scientists.

This report by V D Selvaraj quotes a former space agency chairman (unnamed) saying that this is the first time in the history that ISRO under 'tremendous political pressure.' GISAT1 would have been capable of scanning borders with China & Pak non-stop, says the report.

OCEANSAT 3

The prime objective of O C E A N S A T – 3 is to ensure the data continuity with improved payload specification of Ocean colour and wind vector data to sustain the operational applications. This satellite is expected to improve the applications by providing additional data such as Sea Surface Temperature (SST), with more number of bands in Optical region and in Infrared region for atmospheric corrections. Oceansat-3 satellite is envisaged to carry Scatterometer (Similar to Oceansat-2/Scatsat-1), OCM 3 with 13 Bands, SNR >1000, Spectral CARTOSAT-3 OCEANSAT-341 BW 10-20nm. Sea Surface Temperature monitor (SSTM-1) with 2 long wave infrared (LWIR) bands with sensitivity >150 mK and an ARGOS-4 of CNES under international co-operation.

Scientists at Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad working in collaboration with University of Heidelberg, Germany, have recently reported Giant flares from the embryonic Sun. The super-flare has been calculated to be about a million times stronger in intensity compared to the highest X-class flare observed from the modern Sun.

The work is published in Nature Astronomy -https://www.nature.com/articles/s41550-019-0716-0).
