Any pic from brochure or Expo or Exhibition for confirming new Trichy?That was old design of TAR. It was then changed and now it looks similar to Arsenal AKs.
Why does the first rifle looks like a short barrelled rifle. Reminds me of the "Kalantak" version of Insas.

Modern Ak's claims their effective range of 600m from a 16"barrel. And our modern copied ones are still claiming to be a mere 350m
