may be there is an economic incentive to organisation/projects for using phrases like :

-carbon neutral
-"world class"
-low carbon emission
-renewable
-solar
-women empowerment
-sustainable

no one looking into this, but i wouldn't be surprised if there is negative marking for phrases like

-nationalist
-communal
-religious freedom
-caste discrimination
-racial discrimination
-populist
