2 sec lagte hai moon pe dust settle hone me. no atmosphere, 1/6th gravity.

It's the exact opposite. Due to weak gravity and no atmosphere, lunar dust takes minutes to settle. Also, lunar dust is electrically charged, so there might be other effects.

There might be some other reason as you said static electricity for the reason Rover being deployed hours later.

Chandrayaan-6 is the sample return mission, planned for 2030s

before you ask, CY-4 is Indo-japanese LUPEX, CY-5 is lander only mission to a volcano in moon's North polar region with a driller

Do you mean the perserverance rover on Mars, if yes, those samples will be returned in a unmanned sample return mission,not a manned one

Yes.

It's engine were fired. It raised 40 cm and landed again 3- to 40 cm away from its initial position. It just hopped a bit.

That sounds incorrect, as per ISRO the rover will wake up when the circuitry warms up and detects solar light again. That can't be possible if the rover is in the lander.
