I think you are right. All these years, showing patriotism was looked down as ultra nationalism. India is indeed coming out of deep slumber.

He is wrong on one point though. The secular are not unhappy because the ISRO chief prayed God for the success of the mission. They're unhappy because he didn't pray to the right one. Nuance ;-)
